Hi from STUDIO 54 and STAMP WITH NADINE V

I realized I have not written you for a little while.

What a season we have had. Sunshine, hot and humid days, rainy days to help our farmers fields. A real good mix of weather to enjoy.

I know Im sure loving to sit in my yard listening and watching the birds and the bunnies. They keep our little Leo busy. He is always looking for a friend to play with.

We had our grand daughter, Kaia over for an afternoon swim. Oh! What a delight she is and how beautiful she is growing. We just love her to bits. And that giggle. Man, it just warms your heart. DELIGHTFUL. 🥰

As I heal from my surgery, physiotherapy is going well. I sometimes don’t feel like there are no improvements and keeping the discomfort at bay but the therapist & surgeon say I am. No pain no gain. It was explained that since I have gone so long not using all my muscle groups it will take time to build up strength. So I guess I am getting there. It just will be wonderful to get back to my new normal routines, my teaching, my hairstyling clients and supports I provide with my Passport clients. This time off has shown me even more to continue to do what I love. Im thankful for that.

Studio 54 has been relatively steady.

So grateful to have happy stampers, and my Winking Stellar Team to keep me in line.

We have had some times to gather for Coffee&Card.

Christmas In July was a really fun day. 8 ladies joined in to play BINGO, craft making cards and getting ready to build up energy to Yell “PRIZE PATROL & BINGO”

I do look forward to gathering and get crafty with a load of dates and special times in the fall and winter. I will post in my calendar on my website. As soon as I can. My plan is to return to work-work once the medical team clears me.

A little tutorial made for Coffee & Card | Quite an easy project with a few simple supplies.

Supplies Card Stock – Card base – So Saffron #105118 Card layers – Basic White #159276 Blackberry Bliss #133675 Inks – Blackberry Bliss – Classic Stampin’ Pad #147092 Stampin’ Blends

**Card Base – So Saffron – Card Layers – Blackberry Bliss**

**Place a couple glue dots behind each layer and stack on top of each other like this photo above.** (This will keep each layer stable and not move while you stamp your images)

Choose what stamped image you like. If using Stampin’ Blends use a water-based ink such as Memento for outlined images. Proceed to colour in using various coloured Stampin’ Blends. Once all colouring and stamping is complete. Carefully separate each layer then adhere to the matte layers (blackberry bliss). Then you can do one of 2 things. Adhere directly over top each layer or adhere with Stampin’ Dimentionals.

**Add some Bling Bling like Pearls Basic Jewels #144219 or what ever you have in your stash!**

Here we are, December 23. I look at the weather outside, and we will be having a White Christmas. Yay!!! I really love this time of year. (Did I say, SNOW ANGELS) The hustle and bustle of the holidays. I love all the fond memories & all the new traditions we have created over the years. I could be sad for missing all my loved ones no longer with us. However I embrace those memories because these precious moments happened as I will always hold them close in my heart. I will take time to reflect & share that all your kind support over this year has not gone unnoticed. However great or small, it all warms my heart and is greatly appreciated. This past year has been so much fun. I had so many new faces around the craft table showing off your found creativity and not looking at the clock as time flies when the fun was happening. I value and treasure the relationships built with you all. I look forward to many more workshops, events and continuing the creativity in the stampin’ studio. Please look at dates for 2023. There is something for everyone at any age!
