I know I sure have been busy. I’m just surprised at how we are already in the beginning of February.

I hosted the end of April a Catalogue Launch Party that was full of crafting and bingo, games and lots of laughter and of course can’t come to the studio without hearing “Prize Patrol” or BINGO …

You may know I had shoulder surgery the end of March 2024. Im recovering quite well. Very slowly but surely. Between the physiotherapy and time I will be all healed by the autumn (I don’t want to say fall because thats how I got here.) There is something called patience which I’m working on trying to find. However getting help to provide you with all the crafting events has been nothing short of AMAZING. I’m so thankfully blessed. I want to get back to doing #avirtualhangout Facebook Lives. What an amazing time away. My heart is full. I was so fortunate to share this experience with one of my Winking Stellar team, Marie and a few others from my Stamp2Cre8 team, Stephanie & Judy. We did have a BLAST! (No pun intended)
Here are a few of many photos taken over the 3 Day event. I got to meet some of my Stampin’ Heroes – So Star Struck! Connecting with some new faces, and other demo friends from around North America and around the globe I have met in the past during my 6 years as Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.
I even got to walk actually DANCE across the stage as I celebrated my 5 Year Milestone Anniversary with my peeps. I danced like no-one was watching! HA! HA! Huge Highlight for me to Celebrate my 5 Year from last year! THANKS to all my supporters. I cannot do this without you all! 💜

2 Sheet Cracker Box Pouch Instructions
Step 1. Start with TWO 6” x 5” pieces of paper or card stock. Run both pieces through with the cracker box die. Fold along the score lines. Cut off the end of ONE side on both pieces (see diagram). Step 2. Put glue all along one end segment of one of the pieces. Adhere to the end of the other piece. Then put glueon one of the end segments again and overlap with the other end segment. Place this cylinder shape with the little triangles facing up. Fold down the triangles so that they are parallel with the work surface. Shape the cylinder so that it is as round as possible (see video). Step 3. Cut TWO approximately 2-3/8” diameter circles (3rd largest Layering Circle). Put a dot of glue on each of the little triangular tabs. Place one of the circles on top of the triangles and push down gently until the triangles start to bond with the circle. Flip the piece over so that the circle is on the work surface. Put glue all over one side of the other circle. Put this circle adhesive side down into the bottom of the cylinder. Push down with a bone folder. 4. Fill the pouch with your choice of candy or small gift. 5. For the top, pinch two triangles at a time to create a star shape. Tie an 18” length of ribbon around the top and tie into a bow. 6. Stamp sentiment of your choice and punch out a tag using the Handmade Tag Punch. Create a hole at the top of the tag with theBest Tag Trio hole punch. To hang the tag, feed the ribbon bow through the hole.

My first newsletter of 2026. I sure hope each and every one of you found peace, love, joy and beauty in the holiday season.
My family got together finally. The challenges of the weather prevented us from getting together earlier than expected. The time spent together was absolutely wonderful. These are the cherished memories I live for.
Now to get into the Studio to craft. I will be getting cards to the local market. It is always nice to replenish the shelves with a refreshing display of quality projects. The store and I will be looking into a better way to showcase the product. These things take time but Can’t wait to see what is in the works.

10 Creative Ways to Decompress After Christmas (A little inspiration for the quiet week ahead.)
Create a “Cozy Craft Corner.” Tidy one tiny area—10 minutes max—and turn it into your happy spot for the week.
Do a “Leftovers & Layouts” Afternoon. Use wrapping scraps or leftover Christmas cardstock for mini pages or tags.
Sip Something Slowly. Tea, cocoa, fancy coffee . . . whatever your cup of cheer is. Sip it s l o w l y, like you’re trying to stretch December to 45 days.
Have a 10-Minute “Craft & Exhale.” Set a timer, grab a scrap pile, make one tiny project, and call it good. It’s not about perfection; it’s about permission.
Practice the “Post-Holiday Slowdown.” For one day, move at half-speed and enjoy the ease of it.
